Widerrufsrecht

Kunden können vom Vertrag binnen einer Frist von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zurücktreten. Die Frist beginnt bei Dienstverträgen mit dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses, bei Verträgen über die Lieferung von Waren mit dem Tag der Zustellung der Ware an Sie oder an einen von Ihnen benannten Dritten. Bei Teillieferungen beginnt der Fristenlauf mit Erhalt der letzten Lieferung. Für die Rechtzeitigkeit des Rücktritts genügt, wenn die Rücktrittserklärung binnen dieser Frist abgesendet wird.

Ein Rücktritt von der gebuchten Dienstleistung, die in Kombination zu einem Pauschalpreis abgegeben werden, ist nur zur Gänze hinsichtlich dieser Dienstleistungseinheit möglich. Beim Rücktritt handelt es sich um eine einseitige, aber empfangsbedürftige Erklärung.

Für den Fall, dass Wash`N`Wag seinen Informationspflichten nach dem KSchG und dem Bundesgesetz über Fernabsatz- und außerhalb von Geschäftsräumen geschlossene Verträge (FAGG) nicht nachkommen, verlängert sich die Rücktrittsfrist auf zwölf Monate ab den im ersten Absatz genannten Zeitpunkten. Kommt Wash`N`Wag seinen Informationspflichten jedoch verspätet innerhalb dieses Zeitraums nach, so beginnt mit dem Zeitpunkt der Übermittlung der Informationen durch uns die Frist von 14 Werktagen zur Ausübung des Rücktrittsrechts zu laufen.

Der Rücktritt kann in jeder beliebigen Form erfolgen (z.B. Brief, oder E-Mail). Sie können dazu auch das Muster-Widerrufsformular, verwenden.

Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs erstatten wir Ihnen die von Ihnen geleisteten Zahlungen.  Wash `N` Wag verwendet für die Rückzahlung dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das von Ihnen verwendet wurde.

Widerrufsformular

Um Ihr gesetzlich zustehendes Rücktrittsrecht auszuüben, können Sie das Rücktrittsrecht beliebig ausüben. Sie können auch dieses Muster-Widerrufsformular nach Anhang I Teil B des FAGG verwenden.

Right of withdrawal.

Customers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. In the case of service contracts, the period begins on the day the contract is concluded, and in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods on the day the goods are delivered to you or to a third party named by you. In the case of partial deliveries, the deadline begins upon receipt of the last delivery. For the timeliness of the withdrawal, it is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within this period.

Withdrawal from the booked service, which is given in combination at a flat rate, is only possible in full with regard to this service unit. Withdrawal is a one-sided declaration that needs to be received.

In the event that Wash`N`Wag does not meet its information obligations under the KSchG and the Federal Act on Distance Selling and Contracts concluded outside of business premises (FAGG), the withdrawal period is extended to twelve months from the dates mentioned in the first paragraph. However, if Wash`N`Wag meets its information obligations late within this period, the period of 14 working days to exercise the right of withdrawal begins to run when we transmit the information.

The withdrawal can be made in any form (e.g. letter or email). You can also use the model withdrawal form.

In the event of an effective cancellation, we will reimburse you for the payments you have made. Wash `N` Wag will use the same form of payment that you used for the repayment.

In order to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you can exercise the right of withdrawal as you wish. You can also use this model withdrawal form in accordance with Annex I Part B of the FAGG.
